clearly that mans arrest was warranted as he is standing and protestin in the middle of the street, despite being told not to by the city. !st ammendment or not, you can not block traffic like that, it is not only a danger to yourselves, but its a danger to the entire city as it backs up traffic. People are calling the cops out for the arrest, but they were right to as he was warned, and ignored that warning

Please do not jay walk or block traffic, your family has lost one member, they do not need anyoneelse getting hur t or even killed.
