I heard once while watching the Ultimate Parkour Challenge that he hurt his knees when he was younger but continued doing Freerunning by training his upper body much more (which resulted in an amazing upper body strenght). Also, I doubt someone who is incapable of walking on his feet could of won Red Bull Art of Motion 2011 :P So I guess this is a joke...
