Barry Manilow did do an upbeat version of this which is quite good. It's great slow also. It's a great song! Trust me years after people have forgotten the new pop acts

Barry Manilow wrote this song but unfortunately he wasn`t very good to perform this song , infact some people are very good in writing songs but they can`t really perform their songs with the right style and i repeat ' some ' not all of them , in my opinion Donna Summer did not only an excellent version but she was able to sing with passion and vocally better.

I was fortunate, many years ago, to know music execs... And I got to spend some time with Take That, out clubing, & at a promo concert. The funny thing was that our country didn't really know them so, they had few fans here. Anyway, we had a good time but, wot happens in vegas stays here. Good to here that Robbie might be getting back with them. It will be interesting to see how that works.
