  • ΕΛΛΑΔΑ ΡΕ!!!

  • one out of every 5 cars in greece are porsche cayenne, there are ridiculously many like there's no other SUV available for sale

  • @Sadfying yeah meybe if u guys payed texas then your country wouldnt be so fucked up and there wouldnt be so many cayennes

  • @camiel221 why should the greeks pay texas?

  • A Porsche Cayenne is not a 4x4 its an SUV, big difference! a vehicle with high clearance and high & low range gearing (at a minimum) would be considered a 4x4. A Porsche Cayenne is for rich soccer mums and Europeans in countries that have not "real" off-road destinations. One vehicle you will never find in outback Australia is a Porsche Cayenne.

  • Land cruiser.

    The name says it all

  • Oh No! I can't see that, it hurts in my heart...

Better you take a "Lada Niva" that works everywhere and everytime!

  • Хуета, тут на ГАЗЕЛЕ можно проскочить.

  • That's why Greece is bankrupt now. Dust, idiots and Porsche Cayenne.

  • what languange they speak?

  • Even tho it can, i would never use that for offroading, its a porsche i wouldnt want any chance of damaging it

  • Lockers and tires. Nuff said.

  • Не плохо карабкается, но он слишком длинноват для таких целей

  • o loko meu, é esta fera ai

  • Just a matter of tires and momentum...(but she did pretty well)

  • @1:48 OUCH!

  • Bravo, pou esai ste?

  • Range Rover is the best SUV. It goes anyware! ;)

  • @AndreasGT007 Your wwrong, 4runner can go farther then a range rover.

  • very nice man

  • for god sakes - get proper off road tires!

  • Good deal, those are two different ones right? Momma and Pappa Cayenne. They are going back to the tent tonight to make a baby Toureg.

Please check out my page, I just had an article in Off-Road Magazine, we did a brake upgrade on Jerrod Jones' Dodge pickup, he did the article and I shot the video of it. The booster upgrade gives more assurance on complex grades, and severely cuts down on rotor heat. Thanks.

  • Next-time, tell the camera man to put a sock in it. I wanted to hear the v8 engines.

  • Verbal dihorrea! @ 0:21, 0:37, 0:47, 0:59 etc.fucking funny as fuck

  • That is impressive! I never would have though you could do that in a Porsche

  • talk about a waste of money. Cayenne's are sick, and you ruined yours

  • you can also buy a cayene cus is good looking and fast like 270km/h and powerfull 400+hp

  • From a company that has only starting making SUVs

  • Fannypack alert at 1:11

  • bravo re ellinares!

  • RANGE ROVER IN PORSCHE CLOTHING

  • ya'll act like it isn't a capable off road vehicle. They come stock with 4x4, and come with lockers. The dealer told us he didn't know why someone would take it off road, but it is fully capable.

  • YOU 'RE CRAZY

  • That's a very good over engineered off roader!! Anyone knows how a BMW X5 or X5M or a Merc M class compares to that... using the same tires in the same weather on the same terrain?

  • LOVE THIS! kinda heavy though, but definitely makes up with all that wheel control..kinda jealous with my Jeep XJ

  • A range rover would eat that hill for breakfast...on road tires

  • 1:17 ROFL.

    awesome face expression...

  • Several models of Lamborghini cars are 4x4's. Let's see that go up the hill. Lol

  • its nice to know that its value for money

  • Mono ellines re gamoto!! Dwse ponoooooooooooooooo!!!!!

  • greek

  • ماشاء الله تبارك الله

  • I think it's fucking stupid buying a cayenne for those things

  • @robociock i don't think so...

  • @robociock thats what they are designed for dumbass

  • @robociock that isnt stupid... the cayenne is 4x4 to used in a off road... if you are afraid of use a cayenne in a 4x4 road thats your problem.. the cayenne is for off road and for luxury.. that car was designed for that 2 things

  • @robociock Buying a 4x4 SUV and driving it in the city, thats what i call stupid.

  • @ZeZeBatata69

Then, all the SUVs owners are stupid?

Buying a low ground clearance car and driving it in the city can be a waste of money when parking in crowded places or because of the curbs... so driving a SUV in the city is not such a bad idea...

  • @robociock buying a 500 horsepower car and never offroading it is the stupidest thing ive heard of and who spends a 107 thousand dollar car just to drive it around a city

  • @robociock cool to see, i just wouldnt do it with mine haha

  • @robociock - I think it's fucking nice, especially if you can. See, this is the difference between Europe and America, you guys use 70s technology in cartoonish trucks that claim to be new. We use only the best available. And Europe makes the best. (by the way, the best doesn't mean the biggest)

  • @robociock why would u buy a cayenne just to show off!!! it's made for these things

  • @robociock I think it's stupid buying a cayenne for anything. They're ugly as hell.

  • grounded like the road car it is. rubbish.

  • Might as well just buy a jeep and do it right the first time.

  • That's one dirty Cayenne, glad to see that if you have an over 60K SUV you can go off road when the moment calls for it.

  • με τα λεφτά που έκανε το cayenne που δεν παει off road μπορείς να πάρεις με τα μισά λεφτά ένα wrangler rubicon που είναι το καλύτερο εκτος δρομου όχημα

  • piece of shit

  • beautiful machine

  • pathetic

  • fuck bmw!!!!!!!!!!! porche is my new fav

  • Hey who wants to go fuck up there $80,000 SUV today?

Dumb ass in the porsche- I DO I DO!!

  • @ojaiammar1 Well if they spent 80,000 dollars on it it must be theirs so they can do whatever they want to it.... They could take off the exhaust system, put a ricer honda civic one on it, take off the tyres put minivan wheels on it, or even run it into a solid wall at 120mph and its still theirs... Why do you care?

  • pou'se re eladaaa

edw kai ta cayenne vgazete ap'tis poutanas to gremo

  • no one ever once sats wow thats a porsche that is very impressive

  • 1:16 Herp.

  • Nice traction control, but suspension a bit too stiff to be ideal.

  • me and my friends mud riggs consist of wrecked wranglers and busted 4x4 trucks and we do fine....... is a porsche really necessary

  • stop blaming the tires for your shitty SUV. a Land Rover or a Jeep would have cleared all this shit in half the time with street tires.... now take that penis extension back to the road where it belongs

  • Some 4x4 are made just for the streets, but this is not "some 4x4" it's a Porsche.

  • good to see someone doing the right thing

  • must be rich!!

  • the tyres suck ass

  • Props to the driver for having the balls to take a Porshe offroad like that. And thats how you're supposed to use 4x4 anyways.

  • pretty stupid getting a nice car like that and ripping the shit out of the underside of it

  • @surfingjamie25 why you care? it's his car...

  • The cayenne cannot be used in the off-road.

The land cabin cruiser is the best.

  • @numatti123 yes you can cayenne is a off road suv (not the best but it is a off road just look in porsche website and ads)

btw LOVELOVE THE CABIN CRUISER and is really good for off road but the cayenne is just more pretty lol

  • egrapse

  • lets take a 60k suv off road yeah real smart ill stick to my 1,400.00 jeep that can do way more.

  • A friend of mine installed in his Cayenne BFG T/A KO 265/65/18 tires exclusively for the off road trips.

The car was very good with the stock tires, but with the AT`s is just a beast. I mean it can go almost anywhere without a single problem.

The cayenne is a very very capable off road car, I mean it has locking center and rear differentials and low range gears, height adjustable suspension.

Plus that, it`s very comfortable and luxurious, and handles like a sports car, especially the turbo.

  • poor car... rofl

  • m encanta este coche, junto al touareg

  • porsche dynamic chassis control (PDCC) made two separate chassis out of one. for off-road, PDCC along with air suspension ensure the car has maximum axle articulation and respectable suspension travel. for on-road, PDCC and air suspension again working together to make cayenne handle like a sports car on a track . as far as 4wd system are concern, cayenne does a system of 100% lockable center and rear limited slip differentials. so porsche cayenne is a pretty capable off-roader.

  • probably the best suv if you want a good performance even on the road, this offroading is stunning but range rovers or something would do it better but quite bad on the road

  • 1:17 LOL

  • Однако Греки неистовые.... на этом гороцком понторезе (читай уё@ще).... а ну как поцорапоетсо?

  • This is very, very impressive for a Porsche of all cars! Especially with those tires. The Porsche Cayenne was never even designed with off roading in mind as far as I can tell so this is stunning. I ALMOST bought one, until I found a Land Rover LR3 for roughly the same price =D

  • Give me a short wheelbase light weight landrover anyday over these overpriced go nowhere Chelsea tractors

  • @TheFangLeader You do realize that the Cayenne not only performs as well or better than any Land Rover off-road, but it will then absolutely KILL the Land Rover once you hit a highway? Rag on it's looks all day, but the performance of the Cayenne makes it possibly the best SUV in the world. The Turbo S especially. No other vehicle in the world can do off-road and on road better than the Porsche. Fact.

  • @LachozaTube Sorry fella but your wrong you should of researched a bit more before running your mouth off.

Checkout Landrover V8 Lightweight or landrover tomcat or if your still not convinced check out ,

Bowler wildcat, the Bugatti veyron of 4x4's on you tube.

Never in a million years will a overpriced Chelsea Tractor for mums and the school run outperform a landrover, a vehicle that has 50+ years in the field of offroad experience, I don't see many Cayenne's in the Army Do you. I rest my case

  • @TheFangLeader "I don't see many Cayenne's in the Army Do you" Cayenne has been in production for what...few years? And look at what it can do. RR might be a BIT better off-road, but on the road Cayenne is in another league. Overall, Cayenne is a far better performer than any Range Rover.

  • @derbigpr500 Sorry but your wrong also, There is a range rover built and Tuned by Bowler called Nemesis EXR with a 4.7 lt. V8 with 600 BHP thats 100 more than a Cayenne and would leave it standing at the traffic lights as its a whole second faster 0-60 than a Cayenne and to Quote you " is in another League " un Quote. Than a Cayenne. Please don't go on about its a car thats not been built by its original manufacturer as you said the Porsche is a better performer than any Range Rover

  • @TheFangLeader the reason porsche cayenne is in a league of its own is because of its chassis. power is only half of the story. the other half is the chassis. porsche cayenne handle like a sport car on the track. while bowler wilder handles just like a truck on the pavement.

  • @derbigpr500 I will agree with you that its only been in production for a few years and it does have the ability to perform off road and better on road But it is still a car that is primaraly sold to mums to do the school runs in as they are big give good allround vision as they are higher off the ground ad safer being how big they are you may disagree but any true off roader would rather be riding a scooter than be seen in a Cayenne, Period.

  • @TheFangLeader look up transsyberia rally and porsche cayenne on google.

  • I don't understand this vehicle. It has a superior drivetrain with differential locks but low profile tires and hardly any suspension flex/travel. What exactly is the "mission" of this vehicle? Seems kind of neither here nor there when it comes to off road capability.

  • People take these things offroad?!?!?

    I call BS.

  • Cutting it kinda close on the clearance at 1:35 but anyways great truck!! i just took mine mudding and was not disappointed!! Love it!! and good vid!!

  • thats a pussy hill. my 1wd bicycle can make it up that hill

  • @mnikaiah But you can't pick up chicks in your 1wd bicycle

  • I love the bit at the end there he grinds the bottom of the car because laughably too long and low!!

  • cei mai tari din toate jeepurile

  • nice

  • guy got to much money ?......

  • tires wasn't prepared for that :)

  • @christzouve :)

  • Wow, impressive..Im thinking of getting the latest one soon...hmmm

  • stupid turks

  • stupid terks

  • It can sure as hell try, but Land Rover Is King.

  • some lockers would be beast on them things

  • @Armornone No. They are Greeks

  • @alextabs Hellenes

  • Que suerte tener tanto dinero para poder hacer eso con un Porsche

  • Put some BFG All terrain T/As on there and you could probably drive up the side of a building!

  • didn't think porche could do that much!

  • pretty impressive for the tires

  • What are these people? Muslims or something?

  • Great to see it offroad!

  • only the second generation cayenne's truly have off roading in mind. the old ones are just porsche's with enough room for some people and a bunch of shit, aka an SUV.

  • cool

  • humvee will go up that shit like it was a pebble, all these new overprice cars dont even compare

  • @allanm17

Wich Humvee? Not the new ones, possibly the old military one.

  • @TheSnowEater The only one called "HUMVEE" is the original military based H1.

The H2s and 3s are Hummers.

And yes, an H1 would absolutely make short work of that hill as would a whole host of 4x4 pickups, SUVs and Jeeps.

The Cayanne seems like a fine vehicle but this is pretty stand stuff in the offroading world.

This climb should be a MIN requirement for anything called SUV.

  • The Cayenne is a fucking joke...shame on you porsche

  • '

where is the hummer / humvee

  • lol my discovery can do this in its sleep.

  • me dad recons this is a toy this will prove him wrong

  • men he has money ..

  • look old mans face at 1:18

  • aassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

  • walking would be easyer...^^

  • @Daugaard36 And cheaper

  • Bog standard V6 on road tyres.

  • Надо было взять 911, там тоже полный привод

  • yea greeks!

  • The first one had street tires and still made it. Very capable SUVs. I had no idea.

  • Бля лол там на кололле можно ездить... Оффроад бля ;-D This in no offroad ..........................

  • Did you make any modifications to the car or use AT-tires? I am thinking about buying one for on-road as well as offroad-use and sell my S-Class *g*

  • give the darn thing some decent tires..

  • greeks :D

  • резина плохая...

  • thats amazing with street tires and it must be a monster when it has mud terrains, haha

  • idiot!

  • off-roading? with those tyres?

  • ice col

  • De verdad nunca pensé q podría hacer eso, Porsche es Porshe y no deja de sorprender

  • that is way more capable then I thought these things could do, not to mention like the other poster said on street tires. Simply amazing.

  • If im going to pay that much for a 4x4 i better be able to get that thing some places. Cause i could build a jeep that would go anywhere for half the price

  • @abbott911

If you build a Jeep buddy, don't style it after the cayenne, it was last in the queue for the looks dept!

I'd have a Grand Cherokee 6.1 SRT8 any day over the Porsche!!

  • No I meant buy a jeep and lift it and ect.

  • @abbott911

    Good man :)

  • i doubt offroad tought

  • @jeep4jeep because you can not afford some thing which wont blow up randomly in the middle of the road

  • etsi mwrh Ellada!!!!

  • that car is full of power, not torque, land cruiser with plenty of torque could to this in chill.....

  • You can't have power without torque....

  • A land cruiser will get up that hill but will not do a staggering 172 mph, will it?

  • "you can't have power without torque" and more torque is actually bad in this situation. what you need is the control of torque. too little torque you will not climb up, too much torque you wheel will slip, and you will slide to down to the bottom of the slope. PDCC and cross-link air suspension would also help on terrain like this. the reason why i don't prefer solid axle is because those cars are scary to drive on normal road. porsche is supposed to be good both on and off-road.

  • and it is

  • cayenne 4WD system is equiped with two mechanical limited slip differentials that can divert up to around 85% of the power sent to one particular axle to one wheel. when one wheel loses traction and can sustain no more than around15% of the power, ABD will step in and apply braking to the wheel with no traction to act like an locker so that the wheel with good traction can get enough power to move the vehicle. for $3000, porsche will add a real mechanical locker to the rear axle.

  • mechanical lock is better tha ABD because it is more direct and almost instantly effective. on the central axle, there is a 100% lockable differential that distribute power according to the traction level on the front and rear axle, and if it is need, the central differential can be locked and provide up to 100% of the power to one axle. traction control is to control the power output of the engine in order to maintain traction; it has nothing to do with bapplying brake, which is ABD.

  • that was pretty impressive on street tyres, a military style 4wd with no technology would have struggled on street tyres to get up there i would imagine.

  • add on

Take note that the Cayenne is on stock street tires...

It would be interesting to put a stock land rover and a Cayenne head to head keeping in mind this is Porsche first off road vehicle and loadrover has been doing it for well over 40 years.

  • I read up on the systems that allow the Cayenne to do what is shown in this video and they are very similar to those in the newest landrovers. The system is applying the brake to the wheel that has no traction so the wheel that does can move the SUV. While I don't condone what Porsche has done, it is a capable vehicle that would be better than any STOCK Jeep in a off road situation. It has more computer systems & power in it's stock form than any Jeep will ever have in stock form.

  • wow locking front diff ? I got to say that video suprised me.

  • no, traction control, cayennes do suck off road!

  • traction control decreases ur throttle on cornering

    not sticking on ground

  • Actually traction control aplies the brakes using a hydrolic actuator to a wheel that is losing grip, to stop wheel spin!

  • i have traction control on my toyota sequoia, all it does is limit the throttle. if the car is sensing that i am about to losing traction , traction control won't allow to the engine to rev up even when i put the pedal to metal. it is just an engine managment that limit power output to sustain traction on slipery surface, if you have one wheel on each axle off ground, traction control isn't going to help you. what you talked about is ABD (automatic braking differential), which will help you.

  • exactly you have a toyota sequoia that is how the traction control works on that car, and is why it is crap offroad, i have a porsche cayenne a td5 discovery and a disco 3, there traction control works by actuators on each wheel, applying the brakes on the wheel which is loosing traction!

  • porsche sucks off road...porsche is for race or a simply family car

  • I always though this car was made for on road only :D
