  • its New Zealand's song !!!and knowone else can touch it or take it away from us!!when John Logan Campbell all those years ago bequethed Auckland City "One Tree Hill and Cornwall Park " He gave us something for everyone to share ,and it totally rocks that U2 wrote a song about our country and the special feel it has for U2 we can also thank the memory of Greg Carroll for that! Many of us New Zealanders have never met Greg Carroll but he lives in this song,. we all live in Gods Own Country NZ

  • U r the man or woman!!! , thank you so much for putting this on for those who couldnt make it , One Tree Hill (Maungakiekie, meaning Mountain of the Kie Kie ) shall live forever!! it is a very special place , Greg Carroll's death must have impacted on U2 quite a lot, again thanks !!!
