  • Those black knighst? aren't they the choas knights from the warriors of chaos

  • @MrToedels it looks like it

  • And...what about your general?

  • ohhh bad start

  • by the way u dont run from fear , you run from terror

  • Wrong. If the Ld-test is failed at a hold reaction to a charge from a fear causing unit you will change the charge-reaction to flee if the Unit Strenght of the charging unit is higher then yours. If it's equal or lower you will be able to stand, but will have to roll 6 to hit in the first round of combat. If you fail the Ld test against a terror causing unit you will run even though the Terror-unit does not have a higher unit-S.

  • yeah, the first turn lost him a huge chunk of the army, so not much he could do. this is terrible luck

  • I'm starting Bretonnians... painting them now. But this video makes me cautious on playing. >_> Is this common?

  • Well, this game was some extreme bad luck, but failed fear/terror tests are an issue with many armies when going against undead.

  • At 7:04, what you should have done IMO was instead of relying on a wolfs hunt on the grail knights, was to charge them into the skeletons on their own, and charged the questing knights into the zombies. Then do the questing knights combat first, destroy the zombies and hopefully overun into the skeleton unit right infront of them. The grail knights + questing knights together probably would have destroyed the unit in 1 round, hopefully allowing the grail knights an overrun into the wraiths.

  • Questing knights? Are you sure ur not on the wrong video?

  • The questing knights are the ones with dirty, off-white barding rather than the brightly colored barding of all other kinds of knights. They're in the middle of the board.

And, I did charge the QK into the zombies. On his turn, he raised another unit of them. In hindsight, I could've charged the GK into the skellies, but the QK definitely would not have over-run into them - the angle was off.

  • Awesome, Bat Rep!

Though I have a question for you what are the types of magic Brettonians can take, I just started my army Lol Sorry for the newb question.

  • Bret magic is awful. Level 1 & 2 can only take Lore of Beast or Lore of Life. A Level 3+ can also take Lore of Heavens.

  • pegasus have not to flee!

If you fail the fear test as each pegasus has unit s 2 you've got more than your enemi.

That means you hit on 6's not YOU FLEE

Be carefull with those stupid mistakes...

  • He said that his bats are US 2. Therefore he outnumbered me and I had to flee. I know they have 2 wounds each; are they not US2?

  • @84321605

    NO!

THEY ARE NOT FLYNG CAV ( he ltold you a lie)

So bats get -1 to hit for example( and pegasus don't) but bats only have unit s. 1)

    //Look at the rulebook. //

t doesn' matter they have 2 wouns. A tomb king on foot has 4 wounds but it has unit s.1

in the boo it's well written

  • OK, cool. Thanks for the rule clarification. :)

  • Yep this is true but a lot of people make this mistake, I always have to prove they are US 1 to people cos they don't believe me.
