I am living in Ohio now with my wife but my heart remains in the South. My home is the Hill Country, San Antonio and Austin. My relatives live in Waco. I love those places so much and this song makes me homesick, but in a good way. I'll be home again in a few years. And all these places will be waiting for me. I'm glad Lyle made this song and I wonder if he really understands how he truly touches people with his music. Thank you Lyle.

This is awesome. Spent many a summer night on our front steps with the neighbors gathered round waiting for Brooksie, the ice cream man, who came at 10 PM. Don't live in that kind of neighborhood now, feel like maybe my kids missed out on something, but you can't have everything. We have an awesome back porch now. Thanks Proud Texan. Pics are awesome and so is the music.
