Most comments agree that the War on Drugs is stupid. This is representative of the opinions of the population at large. In spite of this, the idiocy continues, with our "leaders" relegating ever more victims to be destroyed by the prison industry. How much abuse will the sheep take before they rebel?

The "High Finance " elite together with some "intelligence" agencies run the world drug monopoly - which is about 1 trillion worth a year. They have aligned a few narcostates and control burocracies. The millions of dumm people ending in jail are part of the "business". War on drugs is just another hoax like the 9/11 war on terror! They ´re ways to control people and keep them in debt-enslavement through the banking system

haha, alcohol is just another drug, & quite a heavy one if you consider all the effects that it can cause on your body, compared with other drugs.. add the deaths caused by alcohol to the ones died by other drugs to be fair... all drugs should be legal, just like alcohol.. all the loser drug users should be free to use their favorite pain killer, which they all call fun maker to fool themselves, living in denial!
maybe one of these days the masses will get around to engaging their brains. to bad any real discussion is shelved by the ignorance of those who support prohibition.
yep, I agree, prohibition is useless... legalize ALL the drugs, just like alcohol is legal now, everyone should be free to choose whether to use any kind of drugs among ALL the existing ones or none at all...
They neglected to mention that of those 5,000 deaths from "drugs", a grand total of zero are from marijuana. I have never heard of any case where marijuana, and only marijuana, was the cause of anyone dying, ever! Not from lung cancer, not from driving while "high", and not from eating bad brownies. Compare that to the number associated with alcohol, cigarettes, and prescription drugs, and then scratch your head and wonder what the hell we are doing with these insane laws.
honestly i think its good we have the war on drugs. but we could do more. other areas NEED the attention thats wasted on the drug war, but then again is we simply reduced the whole "oh i forgive you again until you mess up for the 56th time." factor, it'd take care of alot of problemated people.
yes the war on drugs is flawed our politicians waste billions of dollars yearly with no effect on the supply or the profits that are made off of drugs we need to stand up and fight these laws as a whole
Look, it's okay, we just have to wait for all the old people to die, and then we can change this.

I only get one chance at living - I'd rather try these things in my time than lead a boring, overly-safe life.
