This amounts to simple common sense put into an arbitrary graph to illustrate something that can be stated in 4 words: Over taxing reduces income. It also distracts from the important question, which is, how much money do you want the government to spend? The government doesn't make "REVENUE" in the market sense, they just take and spend our money.
