  • Very nice lift. Also check out the video "bench press 600 raw 6 reps" and "405 20+ reps" by the same guy really impressive!!

  • Good job. Very impressive. Will never be able to do this in my lifetime unless I get fat - which will never happen because I care too much about how I look.

  • Beast! Very impresive.

  • jesus christ that was impressive. it is so bloody hard to gain such leviathan strength with a minimal body fat %. yes yes, everyone likes to brag on how they can bench 200kgs, have 7% bf, at 21 and never have taken supplements. bollocks to that. it's one or the other or mediocrity at both, with genetics playing a major part. have you ever thought of playing rugby? you would be an awesome prop.

  • This guy must be on creatine !!

  • @prisoneris who cares if hes on creatine...it looks more to me like years of hard work and good genetics for powerlifting

  • you are fat as fuck but you are also powerful as fuck, i know people as big as you no where near as strong. good job fatty :)

  • @footballplayer73.... no way you were benching 500+ at 14 or 15. your body prolly aint even making testosterone yet! tox... beast

  • those plates are light. I ahve worked out at ballys and other gyms with those weghts an benched to the chest 5 plates for 10.

real steal plates are were it's at.

  • spare tire

  • holy shit thats a big nigger

  • Toadies for the win.

  • Now lets see how many times you can perform a basic body weight movement like a Chin Up or push 70% of your body weight overhead?

  • @Sweet5ltr why does someone always have to piss on someones parade, get a life!!

  • @tangoray187

I am very impressed with the lift, I would much prefer to see some functional strength.

  • @Sweet5ltr Im pretty sure he can overhead his bodyweight. And who gives a rats ass if u can do a chin up? other then gym rat "toners" who will NEVER be big. But i bet he can knock out a few "chin" ups. Im not sure about pull ups. Which im sure is what you meant considering you have NO clue as to what your talking about. 405 for 12 is fucking beast and thats really all that matters. You will never be as big as him, or do the weight this man can do so you decided to be a "toner" haha

  • Awesome Deliberate Form!!!

  • Impressive as fuck hoss!! Keep it up!

  • Great form, nicely done.

  • i some how prefer your body compared to those extreme buffed ugly growth hormon guys... just natural with some fat is much better:) looks healthier!!! freaking power btw, my max of 12 is with 90kg lol

  • you are one big motherfucka nice work bro

  • im 17 years old 6ft4 181 pounds and i can benchpress 550 pounds for 2 reps. is that good?

  • @drastaify

That's incredible! I was lifting half that much at that age. I was disappointed that you haven't put any videos of it on your page, they would get some serious hits.

  • Awesome power. Do you get much out of inclines?

  • @bench455

My favorite 3 exercises are Flat Bench, Incline Bench and standing behind the neck shoulder press. They all fluctuate like they are related. At any time it seems like bench -100lbs = Incline press, Incline press -100lbs = standing behind the neck shoulder press. lol

  • i deadlifted that once i guess yo hands are stronger than my legs

  • @twasboo

The sad part is that your post means we deadlift almost the same weight hahahha

  • u couldve done dat 12 more times

  • @footballplyer73

Maybe but they would have been sloppy and bouncing off my chest.

Thanks though! Someday I'd like to be doing sets in the 20 rep range like some of these guys videos I've seen.

  • @Toxcheap ur srong though i just turned 15 and i bench 320

  • @footballplyer73

Sorry I must be misunderstanding what you said, because now I'm confused

  • @Toxcheap oh my bad i said you are strong and that i just turned 15 and i bench 320

  • @footballplyer73 i doubt that

  • @oneillddrummer why you doubt that i dont need to lie i weigh 261 lbs

  • he is strong as hell but its more impressive when the guy doesnt have a huge belly

  • @TheBigdowgz

I agree, unfortunately we all have areas that are easier for some train. My weights always been a struggle of mine and I would gladly trade a few hundred lbs of bench for a better metabolism.

  • @Toxcheap you know what. what i said was very rude and im sorry about that. youre doing some incredible lifts and its below me to comment on the rest.

  • @TheBigdowgz

No worries bud and thank you. I'm pretty down to earth, I see my trouble areas and I do lean out at times. Unfortunately it takes me doing a hour and half of cardio every morning and lifting at night to see results. I can do this for like 4-6 months at a time but I just burned out. Maybe someday I'll figure it all out.

  • I do situps between sets.....he doesn't

  • @bigwalston0071

See their lies my problem instead of sit ups between sets, I drink Mountain Dews :)

  • I lift 315 for 12+ reps, but wathing this makes me feel little. Thanks a lot guy!

  • @footballrecruit1

LOL, But I still remember clearly not being able to get 315 for 1 rep. It all comes with time.

  • nice lift!!! holy shit

  • @nitrousinhalement

    Thanks,

Post like this make it worth while to have on here.

  • Wish I could squat that much!

  • @TheDuganater

    ME TOO :-0

Seriously though my squat needs work

  • This guy must eat non-stop to maintain that size...or he has a slow metabolism. Very strong!

  • @Neilius27

Slow ass metabolism, I hardly eat. If I try eating normal I put like 5lbs of fat on a week.

    It sux!!

  • @Toxcheap

Superb strength my friend.. How much do you weigh? Do you squats and deadlifts?

  • @Toxcheap sheit im the opposite case lol i eat more than i can but i dont gain a pound, wanna switch =P?

  • @Toxcheap Im kinda of like that , I have some what of a slow metabolism but I can go for a long time without working out and not lose to much mucel . All bet anything dont lose mucel easy if at all when you dont workout for a long time.

  • @Toxcheap

hey tozcheap, just question man, how do i increase bench, i am doing like 8 reps to 135 lbs, im weak as hell,

i have hitten a plateu, i dont get sore no more, so now i do dumbells, what do you think/suggest i should do.

  • I honestly believe there is some cardio involved in bench pressing. Notice that you breathe alot when you bench (everyone, not just video host) so cardio endurance probably has some effect on how many reps you can hit.

    Anyways great set

  • @LighterOfDewbies

Your completely right, some days I have my breathing down perfect and kick ass.

Then there's day where I just can't seem to time my breathing right and my reps suffer bad.

  • thumbless grip...

  • you use suicide grip? have u ever had it slip

  • @surfsoccer11

I've never even come close, the bar sits too far down in my hand for it to happen. But I have seen it happen with others. A kid I know who weighs just over 200lbs, dumped 500lbs onto his chest just as he was fully extending his arms completely the rep.

  • Why suicide grip?

  • @stavnir91

I get this question a lot. For me it's just a comfort issue. The way I position my elbows while benching makes it almost painful on my wrists when I have my thumbs wrapped. Not having it wrapped around I'm able to position my hand a little bit crooked. Neither way seems to effect how much I lift, it's just my preference.

  • @Toxcheap

OK, so wait for this to happen someday:

    watch?v=_ybAYJ_Ah_0

  • how much do you weigh? im 175 and i can get only 225 x 12

  • @drocks22

My weight varies when I'm actually going to the gym I'm around 285-290, when I slack for a few months it increases to around 305

  • @drocks22

When I'm lifting I'm around 285-290. When I'm slacking I get up to 305 or so.

  • @Toxcheap nice

  • The trick is to wear jeans!

  • @RJF1555

I never usually do, maybe that's why I set a PR that day LOL

  • nice work strong as hell.

  • @22complexity

Thanks, it's great to hear! At the gym everyone treats it as routine lol

  • @Toxcheap yeah man how long did it take?

  • ...finally an impressive lifint vdieo on youtube outside of a pro strongman

  • @dargomaniac

Thanks man!! I doubt I'm anywhere next to their level but I like the idea of it

  • @Toxcheap no worries mate, sorry for all the typos glad you could understand. your an animal! keep it up! I did a 435 for 1 the other day. Some day id like to be at this level, have you done a 1RM?

  • That is impressive... not really though if you are no roids???

  • @bryphi77

    Thanks man!!

Everyone has a favorite exercise, one that they're are strongest at mine is benching for sure

  • wow man that was impressive. i bench 365 at 18...im 6' 3" 310lbs. varsity football. i squat 525. so yeah. not that great yet but in time i will be

  • @goo5976

Man I wish I had your height!!

That is impressive as hell for 18 years old, you're gonna be a monster. Keep it up!

  • @Toxcheap ...thanks bro. 405 for 12 is gonna take well over a year though lol

  • awesome bench press

  • @TheLastPowerlifter

Glad you checked it out thanks again!

  • Holy shitballz, this is incredible; I guess there are anabolic advantages to eating small children in between meals.

  • @RebelWrestler45

    PROTEIN LMAO

  • @RebelWrestler45 hes a cannibal lol

  • holy hell, you can bench what i currently deadlift. that is so crazy.

  • @michaelzwarszawy

Unfortunately I don't really squat much more than I bench hahahaha.

That squat twice what you bench saying doesn't apply to me.

  • @Toxcheap bad knees?

  • @noteboomable

Yeah they've been scoped a few times :(

  • @Toxcheap yeah im not very big but my squat is bad to, its from cross country running

  • @Toxcheap haha me neither

  • U think doing to many reps oftenly can decrease the ratio between 1RM and 10RM?

  • @muzimuzi

I really think it has more to do with the individual. Everyone recovers differently and not every training program works for every one.

  • thats not human...

  • @eyesack9

ssssh! Don't let everyone know my secret LOL

That for the kick ass post!

  • @Toxcheap :p sorry don't bench press me!

  • Eww.

  • Nice lift Tox!!!!! very strong!!!! I see you got 550 X 1. Its good to see some guys pushing the serious weights around for reps, not just max weights. My best was 405X8 and I was only able to grab 515, I failed at 525, but probably could have got it if I trained for max presses. I don't know if i will ever see those kind of weights again, that was about 9 years ago when I did my best. Good luck to you, keep pumpin bro.

  • @KINGPHARAOH79

Thanks bro!! I've always been convinced that those higher reps make the most difference building strength!

  • @KINGPHARAOH79

Btw thanks for checking out my other lift videos

  • @KINGPHARAOH79 max weights is where it's at. the bench record is 715. break that.

  • @GodGivenAndDriven There is NOOOOO way brother that I would even come close to 715. I have been thinking of trying to grab 585-600. Like I said, my best was 515 about 9 years ago but I never trained for max bench. I wouldn't mind being able to get 585-600, but it depends on how healthy I can stay, that is really the key. It doesn't benefit a person when they injure them selves and have to take an additional 6-10 weeks off. Do you compete in presses bro? How long have u been doing it?

  • @KINGPHARAOH79 dude 515 is fuckin BEAST. 500 is my dream goal. I'm at 415 now, I'm 33 years old and 330lbs. at 6'3". I've been powerlifting for 2 years now. My squat is 655 and my deadlift is 545. Certainly nothing to brag about but I'm happy and grateful to God for allowing me to do what I love one day at a time. staying healthy and injury free is number 1 too. I will be competing when I get the chance. I don't care about winning or losing...just doing my best. Go for 585-600 man!!!

  • @GodGivenAndDriven i agree my dream is 500 by senior year, im gettin 330 now as a sophmore and weigh 250. im tryin to find my damn camera so i can upload some

  • @wildpanthercutlery

God damn 330 bench as a sophomore! Stay with it you'll be a monster in a few years

  • jesuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus chriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiist.

  • @Blastinrails

thanks these are my favorite posts

  • Wow, I would die under all those weights. I think can do half that weight once, lol!

  • great lift man. your grip looks pretty scary though

  • @yaipklol

Yeah it's definitely not for everyone.

  • you got a nice gym

  • @KeshaIsHot808

It was a lot better before Gold's purchased it. The equipment has gone downhill fast but looks nicer :(

The won't trust the new benches with big weight even with only 405 on them they wobble a lot.

  • Thats WAY easy! NOT!

  • wow unreal!

  • @TrAvIsKiV408, dcsk8a955

    Thanks guys!

  • Hey, you were a little short on rep 6, there....

Just kidding. It's bad enough you can outlift my best by 15 pounds. You have to rub it in by doing it over and over. And the end of your workout.

Guess I'll go homer and hide under the bed now.

  • @luv853okg

    Maybe a little, I was just anxious for 11 and 12 ;)

  • @TheTrueFortress, TeenyTiny945, Joe10094

Just saw these posts, thanks guys! I need to kick it up a notch for this year so thank again for checking it out and keeping me motivated

  • Strong dude. Very strong.

  • @TeenyTiny945 no?lmao my leg press is from around 500-650 i believe

  • jesus christ man.lol im 16 nd my max is 350 but that was sick!

  • wait!!! what happened??? i was too busy looking at the chick in the back jumping....

  • that was a great lift! the form was perfect and no bouncing..! hopefully there's no 16-year-olds trying to say how bad that lift was xD

  • @AsgardProductionsSE

Thanks bro! Feed back has been really good overall, definitely has helped keep me motivated.

  • OMG man!! tjats poweeer, respect =P

  • my hats of to ya and i dont give that easy!

  • wow man well-deserved kudos! phenomenal form, pure power! keep it up, beast!

  • Mother of god.

  • I couldn't even do this underwater.

  • Holy chicklets. Nice lift.

  • @Ian7570

Thanks, I'm still working hard on making it better too

  • @Toxcheap nice lift! whats ur max bro?

  • @stevieray09

Best clean press a few years back was 585, 565 was more common though

  • This is rare..a high rep 405 video...with excellent form...insanely strong man!!

  • That is quality lifting and impressive form - good work dude!

  • @ben291145

    @wolfgangle

You guys and almost everyone that's posted are awesome. I had some reservations about posting these vids but you've made it worth while.

    Thanks everyone!!

  • you are a fucking monster!!!!!!

  • ur gunna fuck up ur wrists holdin the bar like that. just sayin.

  • @ustupid1525

When will that happen? I mean if I've been doing that way 21 years does it happen at 25 year, 30 years 50 years? just askin.

  • Impressive but get a bigger shirt that one was riding up on you lol.

  • @badreligion1231

We can be honest the shirts not the problem the belly is LMAO.

I've spent most of this year rectifying the situation and I hope to add some heavy press video's without the belly

  • @Toxcheap Nahh don't worry about it I was just bust your chops

  • Mad props to you sir! Do I hear WSM? Incredible strength this is what I need to motivate me to continue to get stronger. Thankz man

  • @svez33

    @71alexisdolphins

Thanks guys, this makes me continue to work as hard as I can to maintain these sets as I try to bring my body weight down!!

    cheers

  • balls no body in our h.s football team could hit that. 3 people are jealous fags=]

  • This is the best speed, form, and accuracy of a bench press i have seen. No one benches like this.

  • @GermanicPrussian Thanks for the great comments. Those are things that I've always found important and most people just over look it.

  • @Toxcheap

It's just part of maturity and non-egotistic characteristics. Some people are body builders, and body builders are generally egocentric, all about self image. In which there is nothing wrong with that, just a different game. Power lifting is all about explosive 1 rep explosive output, they brag about their form, but even then, it's not the best. You have been obviously been doing this for a long time. Doing it as a hobby and passion. It would be intense to see you bench 1 rep max.

  • @Toxcheap I bet you could hit 600lbs for a single.

  • Insane bro big time props. I have yet to break 400lbs Thats monster strength

  • i'm sorry... but that chick doing lunges gave me a boner =)

  • @ilovehell666 jajajajajajajaja

  • somebody needs to tell tht woman in the background to get back in her kitchen

  • Great form, great strength, and a great video.

  • @lalaMr1

    @Coads26

    @JuiceBoxification

Thanks for all the positive posts guys, it helps when I feel like I'm struggling in the gym

  • Nice set man. You guys are working out in jeans? Heh, I wouldn't think that to be very comfortable.?

  • Wow! Someone on youtube that knows correct benching form!? Didn't think I'd ever see that! Nice!

  • You sir are a tank. when you were on the bench lying down and i couldn't see your arms or chest i was thinking that you weren't that big.... then you stood up.

Insane lifting man. If i reach like half that id be happy.

  • @chillnshred Believe or not when people meet me in person they're always disappointed LOL I guess I look a lot bigger in photo's :( I'm happy with my current strength and my goals have shifted to getting lean and trying to maintain where I'm at (which is really hard on both accounts)

  • POW3R

  • Fantastic lifting. By the way, what is your 1 rep max?

  • @JaxxJaguar I tried 585 and got it clean, I've never gone over that because my forearms and shoulders felt like they were gonna burst. I have a 550 lift and a 500 for reps on here too but it doesn't get any hits :(

  • @Deathcrushed87 HA! Epic comeback...and SO true.

  • dude that was too easy for you man!! what great benching nice !!

  • damn, thats death grip....sweat enough on the hands, that bar will drop

  • The girl in the background is all funny with her arms lol!

  • Alright time to hit the cardio boss

  • @cavsarebitches time for you to hit the toilet...

  • @cavsarebitches More like it's time for you to hit the iron, stickboy.

  • thats gud dawg jus keep working

  • very nice. not only the strength but doing that much weight 12 reps requires mad stamina. keep it up man.

  • That's INSANE, but in the first part of the video the jumping girl distracted me.
