@SnNBroadcasting my upload is actually pretty good. i've asked quite a few other people and they have said quite the opposite, for example Faithlolz, who made another xsplit streaming tutorial suggested 1280x720 resolution, quality 10, bitrate 2500, frame rate 25 / 30 for my specs and internet speed.

Hey, can anyone suggest the settings for these specs? :
Internet speed - 30mb down and about 3mb upload
Processor - I5 750 quad core 2.6ghz (3.2ghz overclocked)
RAM - 4gb G-skill DDR3 1600 Mhz
Suggestions are greatly appreciated
