I thought it looked sort of like a miniature Mars-san at first... well, the eye... sort of... minus the crying... and... Mars-san is a bit rounder... and more colorful... so maybe not, then. Cool beans, though.

That was there the first time I went there. I didn't even know it was one of the random events.

Random events I can think of, off the top of my head: - UboaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAA - Door to Kyukyu-kun/Face - Falling person in the sky - Octopus thing in white desert (supposedly 1/3200 chance or something ridiculously high, haven't seen it myself) - Masada's Spaceship crash - Tentacle manhole (to White) - Beds leading to underground - Entrance to rooftop unblocked

I've seen it once. Usually it's not there, but since most people only go to the Witch area once per game, it's likley to go unnoticed.

There are many many "rare" spawns in Yume Nikki. Most of them are small things like that, that they're just randomly there and don't do anything (Unlike the cloud/balloon monster and the UFOs)

As crossmirage said, I think this all depends on chance. I've looked into it and that's all I can assume right now. I'll be sure to inform you if I find out anything else.

It's there, it spawns at random like the eyestalk in the sewers. Nothing really remarkable about it though.
