Why do we have to incorporate JAZZ STYLE of playing into our Sax playing? Play it SACRED BRO! Leave the JAZZ out and you will have REAL POWER in your music....God bless your efforts....am striving myself to leave it all behind and play solemn and sacred sax....not jazz....

@jdkirtley music has is incorporated and influence by different things for a person to have a type of music to worship God is playing God themselves. Who is the maker of Music. God. when we read the bible david quotes from Great Philosophers. are we not to quote them neither. When you are using it for the will of God and for the use to serve his purpose one is not to judge and say dont use this music. or not. if it does not distrube the people from feeling the holy spirit then it is not wrong.

@jdkirtley part 2 its like those that say classical music is for worship where was that influence from? was the people that made or composer of classical music secular? people that usually point fingers at musicianship are those that usually have no idea of music and what effect it has on someone. The holy spirit definitely uses music to move people. I guess i should sing like im in a funeral like im going to die instead of rejoicing because Jesus died for me and i have a second chance.
