  • That vein is sustained by its own heart

  • good music on the first seconds, what is that?

  • @decarloPL

    Rick James - "Super Freak"

BUT the hook was made famous again to a whole new generation thanks to:

    MC Hammer - "U Can't Touch This"

  • Ronnie Coleman is the BEST EVER.

  • Well i've been saying it all along, shame im right but BIG RON will not be taking part in MR O 2010. Only 11 days out and ronnie is still not entered....

Its warrens or cutlers again this year

  • i wish ronnie all the best and good luck. hes a nice type of guy

  • damn 33 years..

  • help me so I can make my dream become true I wanna be like ronnie Coleman he is the best bodybuilders of all..please help me I live in mesa Arizona

  • I wonder do any other BBs take big layoffs like this?

  • @Loc No one's succeeded after a multi-year layoff. Levrone had potential but not interest. Don't count Arnold's comeback: He looked like crap. You mean Ron's 3 month layoff? Lee Priest used to take big time off. Guys get injured & come back. Steve Reeves was interested only in re-gaining contest proportion, not mass: did non-bodybuilding workouts most of the year, trained for contests a few weeks in advance, & won, but who wins at 6'1", 215 lbs in 2010? It's a different world.

  • @LochMorar jay cutler took two monts off after 09 olympia, i think

  • 2 months off and his arms are still like tree trunks damn

  • 33 years.. damn.. ill be happy when ive been goin on for 3

  • I saw Ronnie do a guest posing routine on one of these vids and he was totally out of shape. But I knew it wouldn't be long before he'd be back, it's in his blood..

  • this will be the biggest comeback since shwarzenegger in '80; He's about to make histry this year with #9.

  • when he says he's taken time off, like a few months, does that really mean that he doesnt train at all!!! i dont believe that at all

  • @888ball888 You can't work your body out forever and never take a break or you will over train, But with steroids I dont know what happens ;\.

  • not training for year even cardio still can hold that mass. really genetic freaks.......

    welcome back champ.

  • light weight baby :)) welcome back ronnie .

    2010 will b toughest competition

  • YEAH BUDDDY

  • He actually looks a little more slimmed out. Good to see. Hated it when he went for bulk only and ended up with a huge stomach.

  • "...You do Cardio though? "Nothing...nothing" (x2) This man is just great. Very likeable simple person. Yeah buddy!

  • I was there! I met that mo'fucker. He's lookin good, even in person.

  • @magdalahlehoff Previous Mr. Olympias have an automatic invite.

  • My idol ronnie is crazy, hes gona win!

  • i wish for him to win one more sandow... so he could have his 9th victory..

  • Taking three months off ? You'd think that he'd lose muscle, but it doesn't look like he has.

  • he looks much better now...more ripped since hes taking a break. When hes on the juice he just looks bloated...he should stick to this size.

  • So funny, put on the auto-captions... it cant understand a word ronnie says!

so fucking huge and he's 45

  • Man I wish I could not do any weights or cardio for 3 MONTHS and look this good!

  • Man I wish I could not do any weights or cardio for 3 MONTHS and look this good!

  • When you build more mass than your body can naturally hold you can't lift year round. You need to back off and let your muscles and tissues heal deep down. Not training actually improves muscularity.

  • I'm a great fan of Ronnie. But to be frank, i think it's pretty impossible for him to win olympia 2010. He might have a good placing but Jay is still the man to beat. Anyways, would still be great to see Ronnie back on stage.

  • oh yeaaa, he just back :DD

  • Ronnie Coleman KICKS ASS! Anyone with me?

  • Ronnie Coleman KICKS ASS!!! Anyone with me?

  • i would be suprised if he didn't

  • wow how can he still have that body with 2 months aly off, he said he is doing nothing. I dont think thats true lol, he is got to be training otherwise he'll lose definition right away and get fat

  • if ronnie wins this year his bad ass rating will go from a 10 on a scale from 1-10 to 100!!! YEAAAAAA BUDDYYYYY!!! GIVE HIM A TAP TO GET DOIN DAVE!!!

  • Last year was the first time that Cutler looked like a deserving winner of the "O." Big Ron is a legend and should stay that way and retired. Cutler has now gone to another level and Ronnie is not at his best. I still think Coleman at his best is the best of all time (just pipping Yates at his best).

  • look at his arms ready to rage again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lightweight baby

  • I think ronnie looks great here, No belly either.

  • Holy crap taken months off an still massive in the 40's that is badass

  • Nothin but a peanut

  • i love ronnie.. hope he come back in 2003 shape

  • sorry ronnie you are my altime fave. but if you comeback to the olympia you may get smashed

  • omfg that dude is still so big

  • I hope this guy realizes what an inspiration he is. He's loved world wide!

  • RONNIE YOU'LL BE BACK.....look at him after all king knows best..we are waiting for u ronnie...

  • Damn he still has killer guns!

  • If he wins or not(but he's gonna win), we're talking about Ronnie Coleman coming to try and take back his Olympia title. It's gonna be an amazing show, and i'm gonna be there no doubt!

    LIGHT WEIGHT!!!!!!

  • umm...... I don't believe what Dave Palumbo says one bit, about no one having genetic whatever bullshit about taking 3 months off and coming back, everyone does, actually doing that makes you a whole lot stronger, but you know what there were other bodybuilders out there who had even better genetics that Coleman, Kevin Levrone would take 5-6 months off training and it wouldn't affect him one bit, Flex Wheeler and not to forget Paul Dillett could curl a 20 lb dumbbell and get 23 inch arms!

  • even Coleman by his accounts said he had average genetics at best, unlike his fellow competitors when he first started, Dorian Yates, Nasser El Sonbaty, Shawn Ray, etc. but what he lacked from his fellow competitors he more than made up for his work ethic, any sport is 1 % genetics, 99% work ethic, Coleman even said when he first started he had great arms, but subpar legs, and shoulders, and worked very hard at it (sourceL Flex Magazine), remember his first Mr.Olympia he only got 12th place.

  • I don't understand what average means in this case. If you mean average among elite competitors, I guess that's possible,(even though I personally disagree), but surely Ron isn't genetically average within the full population of adult males; most of us don't even have a frame with room enough to fit all that muscle on.

  • @kabfik when was this olympia when he got placed 15?

  • @kabfik "any sport is 1 % genetics, 99% work ethic"?,then why are all basketball players or swimmers over 6'3?

  • @geiuy rofl.. in bodybuilding its pretty much 80% genetics and 20% hard work and thats a fact

  • i know it was a different game in the late '40s, early '50s , but a more extreme point can be made of Steve Reeves, who, after originally developing his physique, only trained a few weeks before each contest. Reeves owned, lived on, & ran his own horse ranch, thus was quite active, but was 'off ' bodybuilding more months of the year than he 'on' .

  • Going back to being bald.

Going back to his heavy ass weight training routine.

    The Big Nasty is back!

    YEAH BUDDY!!!

  • I believe that Ronnie can and will win mr olympia again. It is amazing the condition he is in. If he starts to train as heavy as he used to he will clean up this year mr olympia. the title 8X mr olympa stands for amazing genetics, hard work and pure self focus, and this man has these attributes!

  • look out cutler the man is back.

  • Ronnie is going to win the 2010 Mr. Olympia.

  • have you seen his competition?

  • @DrSanchez666 yeah his body really is art! its beautiful how far a human body can be strengthened

  • @DrSanchez666 yeah his body really is art! its beautiful how far a human body can be strengthened

  • @DrSanchez666 Hell yeah, look at how amazing he looks before he's even started his training!!!

  • @DrSanchez666 We will find out whether King Ronnie will overthrow Jay Cutler or will Jay Cutler win his forth Mr. Olympia! Well find out in September.

  • KING RONNIE! Imagine his injuries are healed.. he comes back and wins Mr. O at 40+ age!

  • he looks great!

  • he's not trained for three month and he's got veins poping out his arm like he's been pumping up! crazy!
