  • I'm a rugby playa.Been doin a certain exercise which i dun see ard.wat i do is,balancin in a kneeling positn on the ball n then passin/receivin a rugby ball w both hands to/frm a buddy(10m away).i've a 90%success rate in which the pass was reasonably made n caught.I'll also do the same but with an 8kg ball(3m away)with a 90%success rate.I'll NOT count a successful pass/catch if i fall off/lose balance.Qn is,wil dis type of exercise reap any benefit @ all esp wen it cums 2 strengthening ur core?
