I'm sorry, but the "facts" you talk about are not actual facts. They're observations, that gets misinterpreted by the conspiracy theorists to mean something that there is no grounds for intepreting them as.

Things like a temporarily elevated barium level does not get researched. At all. It is immediately claimed to be due to chemtrails. No scientific investigation of the usual sources of pollution - water sources, air pollution, chemical spills, nothing. Everything else is dismissed.

The formation of circumhorizon arcs are well known, documented and understood. There's nothing strange about it. It requires no particular chemicals in the air, just ice crystals of a particular shape.

We find such ice crystals in cirrus clouds, and sometimes in contrails.

As for "chemtrails", that's a ridiculous conspiracy theory, that I suggest you not bring up, lest you like people laughing at you.

I find the adamant nature of your claim disturbing. With NO evidence, you're that certain?!

Those are cirrus clouds.

And they are known to create this halo phenomenon, by refracting the sunlight in their tiny ice crystals.

You can tell it's a refraction phenomena by the color order - it's always red above yellow, above green, above blue. The fingerprint of refraction phenomena, including the common rainbow.

This phenomenon is called a Circumhorizontal arc.

Some people also call them "sun dogs" or "fire rainbows".

Naturally occuring optical phenomenon.
