Can you transfer 8mm film to a computer? LIke say to Windows Movie Maker?

Obviously yes, since it is on youtube ;)

By using a Telecine for super8 (google it) You can also videotape it off the wall while projecting it. As for file-formats, check your editing software for what type of video it accepts. (the people with that telecine can possibly help with that)
