  • What about using the other (flatter) side for squats? Should your knees go over your toes?

  • What is this movement meant to do? Burn a little bit of calories?

  • Just my 2 cents. I think you'd be a lot better off to do a 1 dumbbell push press with heavy weight for 5 sets of 1-5 reps. It would work your legs and core a lot more.
