My only request is that it isn't a dumb game like MvC3; Soul Calibur IV online may have had many spammers, but they were easily set in their honorless chair. Most people with a high winning percentage felt like they deserved their place. I want to be able to punish those who try cheaping the victory, and make them feel like they should practice more.

The shops, from III, would be integrated into the story mode, which you could visit during towns and so on. They should really flesh it out. I wonder if they would ever actually make the story mode play like an RPG/Adventure game. I think Soul Calibur would suit that. When you encounter an opponent it returns to the traditional Fighting template. It's similar to the CotS mode, but with the difference in perspective. You'd use the Weapon Master overworld design to move from region-to-region.

@RaNDMlGl I think Weapon Master Mode's overworld map-like template should be applied to the Story mode for V, mixed with cutscenes for specific moments during the adventure. It's practically a better presented story mode, anyway, if you think about it. Where Weapon Master mode had various branching paths, those could be points in the story where you have to chose your direction, but in this case with no way to return (like with SCIII's choices). Something similar to that would be cool.
