I think you need to change the gasket between the seat an steering wheel. Sounded like it was leaking. Also might want to check your exhaust dampening it seemed to stiff or your application an one other thing. I think you should defantly switch your oil over to 10%water30%isopropyl? Wait that's only 40% where the other 60%
