The 'halo' occurs for the exact same reason a rainbow occurs. Refraction of the different wavelengths of light through any moisture particles high in the atmosphere. As for the 'chem-trails', they're just your usual trails you get out of any jet engine. The formation of steam due to the combustion of hydrocarbons, being thrown out into low pressure air.

Didn't anyone here do high school physics.

I am in Nevada and after jets fly by spraying some form of "cloud" that lasts waaaay too long to be a legitimate Contrail, the sun gets a dirty brown halo effect around it just like this! I grew up watching planes and jets and I know a contrail is just ice that goes away after a few seconds to a few minutes tops. These contrails last for HOURS!

When I was a young girl, (many, many years ago) and living on a dairy farm, my father told me that you could predict how many days until it would rain by the halo around the moon. The closer to the moon, the sooner it would rain. Farmers would depend more on the halos, than they would on meteorologists if they needed to get their hay baled and barned.

I can't say that I've ever seen a halo around our sun, though. Not sure what to make of that.

Beep, I have seen the same exact thing over my house in Florida. Where the chemtrails hit them, the clouds turned rainbow colored and remained at the outer edge of the circle like that for hours.

Check out the link I am sending you. I think it may explain what is going on. I had no idea that the thing near the sun stayed there for so long? Henning's magnetic pull theory , from yesterday, seems to be very likely, after seeing this.

I JUST SAW 4 CHEMTRAILS LAST NIGHT AROUND 8pm I SAW THEM VERY CLEARLY FROM THE LIGHT OF THE MOON. THEY WERE CHEMTRAILS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DISPERSE LIKE THE REGULAR JET VAPOR. @sabbathcrazy We all know they are called sundogs. But the stuff in the atmosphere showing up as a sundog is aersol spray not humdity....I call them for what they are CHEMDOGS

@jonah70757 - This was VERY thick and it was like the sun was burning a hole through it... Then to get that shot with the chemtrail going through it I think is a great picture... I couldnt get the entire sun in one shot even zoomed all the way in it was just to big...
