You have potential to play this extremely well, but it needs a lot of work. Slow it down, make sure the eighth notes and sixteenth notes line up, and focus on keeping a steady tempo throughout the piece. Don't rush through it - it's meant to be fast, but not like a bull breaking through it's gate. Aside from that, your voicing is good, and from what I can tell, you have fingering figured out. Just focus on cleaning it up and slowing it down.
