I really do not believe that there trully is a movie review critic on TV that is openly honest about their reviews past the generation that Roger Ebert is a part of. Furthermore, your material and style become property of what mainstreem station takes you on limiting you even more.

YouTube has it's drawbacks, but it has become the gateway for people to share honestly and openy what they believe and know.

I always love your editing work and the great way you put your videos together. To say you need ot be on mainstream television would actualy be a step down from the freedom of the internet. I know there is problems with copyright issues, however it is even more limiting to be on television. Not only will lawers tell you what you cna do and cannot do before trully seeing what IS possable, you would also have to partly sell out to the people who air your material.

Thanks I appreciate your and everyone's feedback. I think for now, I'm happy sharing vids without any "boss" censoring the material. The only downside is that since I'm not being paid, I can only do them in my free time. Hopefully, the subscriptions will grow and an internet site/maybe cable TV will take notice and the dream to "do what you love" for a living will come true. Until then, this is just fine with me.

Titanic was the beginning of the end of Hollywood's creative machine. These days all movies are like the grindhouse movies of the past, movies solely to make a buck and Titanic for its mediocrity is one.

Classics like The Godfather Trilogy, the original Star Wars trilogy and others before the end of the millenium weren't so much about making big bucks so much as telling great stories. Just that Titanic was the beginning of the end for artistic value and the focus on, as you said, "milking a different cow".
