They're singing in Vietnamese, the singers are vietnamese, but the clothing are simply hmong. Vietnamese dress does not look like that. Btw, Sapa is home to many Hmong from the Hua Miao, Black Hmong, White Hmong, Hmong Leng, Hmong Be, Hmong Bo, Hmong Bua, Green Hmong...etc
