  • I'm so happy to hear all the great news, love that your fruit trees are "Fruiting", lol. Mine are too, here on the south shore of Montreal. Grapes, apples, tomatoes(red and yellow) the Creator is Awesome. Hope you have a great time at your moms place and it's great that she's going to see her little grandbaby soon!

  • Thank you

  • Great video, and I agree with what you say about meat... That said the enemy is corrupting what was good so in our day we have to use much care in what meat is eaten. The same care must be used with fruits and veggies as well (pesticides).

In light of what's going on these days I remember Isaiah 17:1. Stand for truth.

    Shalom

  • thanks for this video. very encouraging as we all find our health niche. i guess it's time to change the name of your show to the "fresh food health show."

  • You're right, it should be a "natural diet" - nature knows best!

  • Best vid ever! really grateful for daylight eating- it's helped me immensely, thanks

  • paul i have a question for you, have you ever tried planting/growing a mangosteen tree?

  • Whole Food Diet.

    Great video.

  • This was a great post Paul!

  • The healthiest diet on earth: A brand-new food pyramid reveals what to eat to lose weight

  • Hey Paul, when you say raw junk food, I'm wondering if my newly vegan wife is falling into that category with the things she's been going for - things like tofurky fake meats, misc. tofu products and falafel.

I bought the Daylight Diet and am looking to change my life - I am VERY toxic, horrible past (drug addictions, drinking, horrible pizza/burgers/pepsi diet, 26 years of cigarette smoking, sedentary lifestyle for the last 15-20 years, etc).. how can I start so I don't detox too fast?

  • @domainjester ps: addictionless for 5+ years on everything (minus food) and about 90 pounds overweight - just to give a more complete picture, also, I'm 42 years old. Thanks for the channel, books, wisdom, corny jokes, etc.. :)

  • @domainjester, congrats. It's always inspiring to know of people like you that make such drastic changes in their lives.

  • do u think buchwheat is healthy to eat?

  • @rui27marne yes buckwheat is healthy, its gluten free, low fat, has all 8 essential amino acids, maganese, magnesium, protein. Its very light on digestion. Its actually a fruit seed and not a grain. I eat buckwheat its really good. You can soak it in water then sprout them , or just eat them soaked. you can make raw porridge , you can also dehydrate them and make buckwheat krispies yumm!!
