It's hard to slow this down enough to really tell, but it looks like the kick uses the heel, not the outside edge of the foot (as the outside crescent kick would). Also, his hip appears more parallel to the ground, as would be the case in a spinning heel or hook kick; he would be more vertical throwing the crescent kick. I concede it is difficult to tell for sure. Thanks.
