After 3 months and 4 uses the unit no longer takes a charge. Although it is an electronic rechargeable unit it only has a 30 day warranty. Supposedly it is made in Germany (funfactory.de) but failing to charge after 4 uses? For $100 you can bet we took good care to clean it accroding to the directions. The manufaturer simply ignore my emails even when I sent them written in English an German. What a waste of money.
I think you should better claim it where you have bought it and not in FunFactory.de. Here in EU you MUSTget at least 1 year warranty as end user. We even give 2 years .. We sold hundreds od DeLights already and I can only confirm there is no problem wit the quality at all and claims for it are far under 1%. Try to contact your re-seller - he should try to help if it is a serious one.

Všecko v klidu, ale tím koncem mně zabila....už vidím jak drahému čechrám prostatičku. Asi by mně upálil za živa.
