hey guys ... i just bought a 2nd hand onza t-mag (big mistake) both of the brakes have broken already... the front brakes break cable has come loose from the lever bit on the handlebars and needs a new cable and rebleeding.... and the back break's cable (that connects the 2 pad bits that hit the wheel) has got a crack in it and all the hydraulic brake fluid has come out and the guy in the bike shop is charging me £40 to fix

sure the bike helps a lot and he probably wouldn't be able to to do some tricks on a mountain bike, BUT for what he does you need to have so much talent and so much training that u really cant say that the bike is a major factor

and whoever said that its unfair because he gets sponsored a lot and can just replace all his parts for free... that bull**** he has a few sponsors but not this many, only recently he became this famous and before that how do u think he got his money and parts??

Danny has natural talent and not everyone has this.he bought most of his bike parts from the bike shops he worked in over the years with his own money.the bike danny rides now IS a major factor as he rode the prototype(s) for over a year before geometrys were tweaked to suit his own style of riding..which is the very same bike the Inspired 'fourplay' frame that is available to the public today.

Danny MacSkill is talented, and yes, they should sometimes show how he fails, because I love trials but when I see him, I just get annoyed about how he perfectly handles his bike. Good for him, because trial bikes are expensive and when he breakes something on his bike, he's sponsors just give him a new part. Again, to me, not a very inspiring video...

Sure the right bike will help but it's not like his bike has magical powers that make him what he is. He's been riding for 13 years, and he's had to work as a bike mechanic until the April video came out. And you shouldn't resent him being sponsered, he deserves it.

26" trial bikes (stock) originated from mountain bikes, 20" bikes came from modified bmx (mods), he is on a 26" bike in this vid so it is closer to a mountain bike... Grey area is the 24" bikes... This may help clear things up..
