So ... schedule some flights WITH security searches; some w/o. Wanna chance it? Go for it. Pilots and crew get to choose also. Flights w/o searches are staffed voluntarily by crew who are OK with it. If passengers & crew are on the same wavelength, all's well. If, say, more of the crews prefer security, then passengers who prefer not to be searched have to wait for compatible crew. That way no one does what they do not want.
