@Mushyrulez The only reason PCB had a Phantasm was because ZUN thought Yukari needed to be lazy and appear later after the Extra stage.

@Mushyrulez Phantasm was only included in one game (for story reasons, to boot)... every Phantasm except for PCB's has been fanmade o.o
