Boeing 737 approach and landing to Gatwick (FSX)

hi nice vid to begin with. i was wondering if you could help me. i have a problem with gatwick in fsx. atc wont give me the option fo a transition ils approach but the gps gives me everything i need its just when i click on the request another approach it comes up with no other options. can you help??? thanks in advance :)
