This was a real battle in a real war, there are evidences, etc. Any anyways this is not the only battle like this in History. There's the mayans vs Cortéz one where 200 fought against 1 million or something. Armour and fighting style counts(cuz Persians didn't have heavy armor at the time).

@Rico8458 no, this was a true story, look it up, "The Battle of Thermopylae" as amazing as is it seems for these 300 men to stand up against 300,000 but the Spartan society was a war devoted society who only accepted the fit to be in their community. It only makes sense that they would stand and fight on the fact that they started training from the age of 7, and no im not pulling this off the movie, I looked it up.

@Rico8458 no, this was a true story, look it up, "The Battle of Thermopylae" as amazing as is it seems for these 300 men to stand up against 300,000 but the Spartan society was a war devoted society who only accepted the fit to be in their community. It only makes sense that they would stand and fight on the fact that they started training from the age of 7, and no im not pulling this off the movie, I looked it up.

@gunner76111 they were more than 300 .You people are dumb everybody saying 300 this 300 that.Yes they were 300 spartans but besides those 300 spartans several thousands greek soldiers fought that battle against the persians .And looking at the battle site you would need not 300 but 100 men to hold that pass against whatever is coming .Is like some 100 guys trying to get into my house and me with my friend holding the dor not letting anybody busting in.
