I was listening to this last night before going to bed and after about 5 minutes into it, I heard a weird 'whooshing' sound in my left ear. It definitely wasn't from an outside source. I'm creeped out now. Is this normal ? Any help is much appreciated.
I ask all good people to see the video by 777ALAJE and help yourself and the world become a little better, kinder and lighter) Love and Light to you and your family)
Before I use to just try to remind myself once In a dream to realize it. Only worked twice and I've done it tons of times maybe for a good 6 months. And the night I listened to this I realized I was in my dream but couldnt think of anything to do becuase I was thinking about how awesome it was how I realized I was in my dream. :)
Im 25 and have had chronic insomnia/anxiety for the most of my life. I find that these kind of rhythms and washed out drones do work, but you really have to find the right one for yourself. I also have started taking two 90mg Valerian Root supplements about an hour/half hour before i go to bed. It's amazing stuff. For the first time I am getting a really good nights sleep! occasionally they give me v.strange but enjoyable dreams. + they dont make you feel groggy in the morning. -_-).zZzZ
The water and birds are quite distracting. Maybe it's just me but the whole birds chirping thing does not make me feel it's time to sleep... It's more of a semiconscious reminder of dawn and waking up.
I rarely have issues with sleep. However, any kind of meditation, brainwave or otherwise helps calm my mind and make my dreams a bit less Salvadore Dali-ish.
For six years, I have relied on Ambien to help me sleep. I wake up every 45 minutes if I don't take it. HOWEVER, I ran out and didn't know it, so I did a little research and found this. It knocked me out like a rock (and I'm DIFFICULT and SKEPTICAL!) and I slept. I also woke up with no pain. I don't know how this works, but it's fabulous and I'm going to bed now...been looking forward to this all day long! Thanks so much for sharing this!
@id4craig I also take Ambiem due to insomnia brought on by Opthlamic shingles and post-herpetic/trigeminal neuralgia. I'm at the point where I might become dependent on them and do not want to go that route. I too started looking for stuff like these. It helps the weaning process.
wow im so tired usualy i stay up yill mid night trying to get to sleep but this helps sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much thanks
Very good. Tried this last night. Didn't knock me out into a coma but helped me switch off and relax. Sleep was broken but when I woke up I just put this on again...and no sleeping pill grog this morn :)
Well, I am so Deep-Sleep deficient, and have tried so many relaxation tapes etc without effect, but from the good response to this I'll give it a try for a few nights.
These kinds of sounds absolutely saved me from insomnia. I usually can't stop my brain from going in all directions when I try to sleep - because I have nothing to concentrate on. This gives me such a focus point and I can finally sleep easily.
@tonhogg1 It's meant to be background noise to help one achieve a relaxed state. I get severe panic attacks, and this gives my mind things to focus on and relax. All I know is that I'm like Guitarmaster7272 and having to type with eyes closed or wait for them to open again
ohhhh.... I blinked once and can't open them again. I'm typing without looking right now lol... I have to open my eyes with my hands to see again hahaha..
I am having trouble remebering my dreams, and me remebering them is very important. I was told about your videos and have my fingers crossed. I have heard nothing but good things about this.
@krazykelly25 I usually don't remember dreams, but if I try to remember them one morning, it's usually easier the next morning. If I try to remember on the second morning, it becomes very easy on the third morning.
Another thing that may help is to get 5 hours of sleep one night, and 10 the next night. On the second night, REM will be stronger, because it's making up for lost time.
I sort of took a bit too much of a certain medication and knew I was going to be fine, but had some mild "overdose" symptoms that were uncomfortable. I knew it would be better if I laid down and relaxed, but I was having trouble relaxing so I put this song on to put me in a calm mood.
@madcat789 You need to forget about reality. I recommend thinking about how the heavens look. In your own thinking, think of the most beautiful abstract scenario that you can imagine.
Nicely done. I felt a definite effect in the first few moments. relaxing, and it very nearly put me to sleep (even though I'm not sleepy right now) A great one for meditation/relaxation.
Everything in our existence is vibrational. Just because you can feel something by touch or see it with your eyes doesn't mean it doesn't have a vibratory signature. These meditations, if you allow yourself to just listen, and let go of all extemporaneous input, can help you to retune your frequencies and clear your "clouded" states of consciousness from chemically and medically altered states of well being. If getting high is your goal, check out Inna Gada Davida, otherwise give this a chance.
What I do is listen to this (I got the full version recently) while listening to rainymood(dot)com. Rainymood is just the sound of rain falling with thunder in the distance. I set the Delta sound so that it's barely audible over the rain, which I'll dim down 1 volume level (click the speak icon). I fall asleep so quickly and feel so rested when I wake up. Since the rain is looped, it continues after the delta waves stopped, and who doesn't sleep better when it's raining? Give it a try and see.
@Blamepandora85 the point isnt to get high, it is to bring one to sleep, close your eyes and not look at the image and your body will do the rest of the work, if your looking to go get high there are thousands of ways go into your medical cabinets, you may die but getting high is wasting your life anyways
@xfireball929x true dat. Life is about spending it the way you want and having fun, and if getting high on weed is fun, and you wanna do it, it is not a waste of time.
@Blamepandora85 You don't meditate to get high. Don't know who told you that lol. You meditate to CLEAR your mind, getting high kind of clouds your mind (I used to smoke a lot of weed). Reminds me of an early Bruce Cockburn songs called "Ting/the Cauldron"
"Shining Mountain" on his 1971 album Bruce Cockburn. They were the last two songs on side two of the record and I would put it on after night shift. These songs always put me to sleep. The effect very similar to this track. I like it a lot and I do feel the relaxation. Never heard any weird sounds and I loved the water sounds. A friend and co worker brought 'singing bowls" to school and used them. Similar effect.
my focal point is magnified many times as I see the results as its playing in my garage , when Im fabricating on my "Mad Max " streetrod truck project , russell bradford banks on fb car guru in Roswell New Mexico
Is there any chance you will make an energizing one similar to this? This one works very well to help me get into the delta state and sleep at night, but it would be great to have one that does just the opposite, for listening to first thing in the morning. Will you be doing any using high beta brainwaves?
this is really nice (sitting here trying to stay awake) A probably unintended side effect: clears my sinus. really? yes, in the first few moments. hmm.. I have discovered that effect with some of the pineal reawakening videos too. That is much easier than using a neti pot. ( I "fried" my sinus while living with a wood stove for several years, just as an fyi in case you read this) - i like this - nice work! subscribed to your channel:)
this is an excellent piece of work. I recommend it highly to anyone having quality type sleep problems which was myself until I started to listen to this. So far everything is going quite well. Thanks. David

@Dharmalicous When I first tried these tones, I felt the same way.
I found them distracting.
Someone explained later to me this is a lack of concentrating on what I was to focus on.
Now I listen to these with a new satisfaction.
I hope I have something to offer.
Concentrate only on the tone, Listen to several if you're not sure what I mean.
The tones, as it was explained, correspond to frequencies OTHER than your ears.
You're supposed to get/be relaxed, not sleep.

Is there any chance you will make an energizing one similar to this? This one works very well to help me get into the delta state and sleep at night, but it would be great to have one that does just the opposite, for listening to first thing in the morning. Will you be doing any using high beta brainwaves?

Thank you for this soothing tape. The sounds work perfectly for me.

this is really nice (sitting here trying to stay awake) A probably unintended side effect: clears my sinus. really? yes, in the first few moments. hmm.. I have discovered that effect with some of the pineal reawakening videos too. That is much easier than using a neti pot. ( I "fried" my sinus while living with a wood stove for several years, just as an fyi in case you read this) - i like this - nice work! subscribed to your channel:)

I listen to this every night and I fall asleep within the first 8 minutes. Love it <3333

I find the water rushing in the background to be a very active sound, it doesn't help me fall asleep, quite the opposite in fact.

this is an excellent piece of work. I recommend it highly to anyone having quality type sleep problems which was myself until I started to listen to this. So far everything is going quite well. Thanks. David
