I used go go to mammoth in the summers to visit my dad. thanks for the video, Haven't been there since96. River ranch was the best, san pedro, baseball at night, the stars, the heat , snakes spiders, tucson wash, arivipa whats not to love lightning and thunder'
Mammoth has changed alot since I was a kid growing up there in the 70's. Everything changed when Mother Magma closed. At least La Casita is still open. Great place to eat !
I think I may have lived in this town as a child. Does anyone know if nearby towns to this one are Dudleyville and Hayden? If so, this is definately the town I once lived in long ago...1980-1981 The Big D Pizza rings a bell, too!
Thank you, GreggDVD! As I've mentioned, I lived in Mammoth & Dudleyville & Hayden about 29-30 years ago. There was a man that meant very much to my mother & I by the name of Joe Sayer...A vietnam veteran. maybe you might have known him? But he is now gone...RIP Joe!
Thanks for watching! I live here too and I love it here. I took video that would match the song... "all the clubs have been closed down" is a line that fits this town right? It's not a ghost town but not exactly a teeming metropolis either. And this was shot entirely "on location" as you know if you live here. =)
I was born and raised in San Manuel and left there around 1988...When the mine closed..everything started to close down too. Great video and music!

@hermies32 I've lived in Mammoth for over two years now. Don't know the Joe you're talking about or the house. Thanks for watching.

I don't know, Hermies32. The 'Joe' I'm talking about died in 2000. You say you're 13 years old. It just doesn't add up.

Yes, Dudleyville and Hayden are north of here, like 20-30 miles.
