also one more things although many parts of china are still undeveloped like north korea. citys like shanghai, beijing have proven to be a international mordern city( i been there its great) and i seen video of north korea as well. there is no or little new reforms in north korea. making literty a relic of the cold war. as for military spending only 2% of its GDP is used on military while 4% is used on education in poor parts of china.

Chinese are catching up in terms of military might against the US. Though history of WWII Americans had help the Chinese against Japan. The arguments on this, is because, "it is better to free ten guilty than execute the innocent".
