I'm sure when youve seen a shit film you rip it, whereas you cant focus on what theyre saying anyway cos the films are generally quite good. Oh I agree absolutely. I find that when they rifftrax a film I like I start getting annoyed (although not too much, I can notice bad things about a film I like), whereas with MST3k, any second not spent insulting the film is a second wasted

Yeah, even if it's the same guys I mean it's just so much funnier when it's really dire b-movies like one of my favourites "Space Mutiny", it was just such a crap film that I think it was one of the best films they ripped apart. Just the material to rip in better movies isn't there as much, whereas with a really bad movie it's everywhere from bad acting to crap plots to bad directing to the music, everything. But yeah, I suppose it's a good thing they're doing it again.
