  • I've known for decades that most doctors only treat "symptoms". Imagine; if everyone was "healthy", Big Pharma and the medical community would lose BILLIONS of dollars. It's not in their best interests to make you well!

  • This is great. You really tell it like it is. As someone who currently has Type 2 diabetes and carrying about 50 extra pounds, I'm really looking forward to your UltraSimple Challenge next month.

  • This is such a great video, five stars!

  • excellent doc! keep it the info coming.. thanks.

  • what can you do to stop sugar craving??

  • @CruiseMaster78

    eat pure protein like fish and piece of meat and some fruit and cut out grains like bread, pasta, doughnuts etc..

  • @CruiseMaster78;

    This will sound stupid, but stop eating sugar. If you eat 5-6 small meals, every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. your cravings for sugar should be minimal after 1 - 2 weeks. Providing the carbs that you ingest are complex carbs. Your body will actually start to crave what it really needs. For example, an apple, orange or pineapple. Just be sure to NEVER eat a carb (potato) without eating protein.
