Recessed gates seem to be strategically ideal as the troops can offer flanking fire from the towers. I love the progress, this is simply brilliant. With regard to the doors, I have no idea how a massive door would be hinged. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the advantage was to have the doors swing inward. I can't remember why that is now LOL. However if you add a slight curve to the joining surface it might make the doors flush. Just my two cents. Keep them coming, Brilliant work!

when you get it all done would be cool to get table hight very those gate doors wuld be maasive from a figs view,, i like the inset gates ,,it give you more stainglass to do though.

Really liking it, if you get enough room and/or future expansion u could add a fuel depot for your tanks, with lots of barrels and jerry can's that would be sweet specially since you said you was building a sewer treatment plant.

was very much thinking of doing a similar thing with the big aquillas since I need to purchase maybe 2 to 3 more of those kits and needed a way to use those particular sections on something. your idea about the lip makes perfect sense!
