  • Great job on explaining great knife technique. I see that I am not the only one that has problems with tons of video retakes :)

  • @majorpainful he just shows how to cut stuffs and i see no word ab real chef right here, but u r fucking stupid w ur idea.

  • no real chef would use a plastic cutting board. asshole.

  • @majorpainful Whatever gave you that idea?

  • @majorpainful

well i'm a "real chef" and as i do love my wooden cutting boards, i only use plastic cutting boards for pork and poultry, if you don't your an idiot, wood has pours, allowing tiny bacteria to soak in and stay.....plastic eliminates that problem

  • every idiots knows its not 45 degree but 20-22 degree! that guy is really stupid!

  • @majorpainful 20 degrees is for sharpening, honing is more tolerant as it just straightens the blade edge.

  • That's waay too thick to be a julienne.

  • lol @ the bloopers ... thanks for posting this vid very informative

  • q-linary school?

  • with the lettuce, thats not a cigar roll, thats a joint roll

  • the steel is not for sharpening, but keeping the edge straight! you'd think they'd check things like that before producing a video...

  • @killyourtv85 not for sharpening eh?! then what do u use for sharpening... your dick?!

  • @CT2507 weak troll is weak

  • @CT2507 Actually it's true, it's not for sharpening. It just straightens rolled edges on chef knives.

  • very good.... but "erbs"?? that's no english I've heard before. usually "Herbs"

  • ...what? The h is silent. It's pronounced "erbs" but spelled herbs.

  • sorry. i wasn't trying to be annoying. I just didn't know that. Must be another america/britain difference. My mistake but thanks for letting me know :)
