  • @todabay: True that. Still a LOT of work to do! No more dropping hands for him, but that doesn't mean we aren't onto the next area that needs work. Training, learning, growing.

  • The guy in the cutoff shirt really drops his hands during his kicks.  If someone comes in on him as he's about to kick his dome is wide open.
