thanks for the video. All in all for the different type of curls you diod about 25 reps with no break while narrating . I guarantee if you concentrate at the gym, on proper rest, that you can do 3-4 reps with 25's now and within a year should be at 30's. Personally I call the last set reverse curls.

Also try to keep your elbows steady when working your triceps. That way you will isolate the triceps muscle and not bring your shoulder into it. You can use the arm that isn't working to hold the one that is in place, if it helps.
Ah Ok!! ANyway even in the front bicep curls if you twist your arm ourside on top of movement the exercise will be mor focused on bicep.
I suggest also that to increase mass you may use also heavier weights; it seems that 15 lb for you is a littlle light if you're able to do more than ten reps with easy. By the way you are very strong and even stronger than you think because 15 lb is big weight for a girl of your frame and you lift them as they where nothing!! Keeep on good work!!

Also I was tired and slacked on the form a bit. will have to do an update with better form on the curls and hammer curls cause I didn't notice my upper arm was moving a bit too much on hammer curls!
@tumbler89 you need a little heavier weights ... my advice is to start by mastering your nutrition to have necessary energy for training with heavier weights ... that way ur arm will be steadier and u will target the right muscle ... good luck I'll subscribe when u become buffier ..don't give up .. u can become a hell of a figure fitness model
