  • where can i find this?.i want the tutorial .

i hit a wall at 760 core linked shaders and 1130 on mems

  • Is a monster!! Ahhhhhhhhhh

  • Pencil modding my eVGA 8600GT 256MB has allowed me 864/1788 when normally I could only get 725/1620/870 stable, going to do memory next, and then going to see how much headroom is left on GPU (probably 140 mhz :D)

  • I remember using old CPU coolers on my voodoo 5500s back before the cooling aftermarket flourished to what it is now. Way to go old school.

    awesome

  • rammstein owns

  • You do know that rubber band will weaken and snap right?

  • maybe after 5 years, but not soon for sure!!!

  • I used to use rubber bands for suspending fans over system RAM, but they do dry out fairly quickly. I now use fishing line with simple square knots. Bonus is that the FL is less conspicuous and does not sag.

  • Yeah I said what I said because I have used rubberbands for things they get bridle real quick specially with airflow over them..

  • xfx has a special bios to use more voltage

  • I can get 760mhz with my XFX 8800GT (600mhz stock), without any mods

  • I got my evga 8800gt at 735 core (600 stock) without any mods, I think its about at its limits thought.

  • lol man this is crazy fanage

  • Hih, maybe funny-my vid will be in few days up.

I just bought 88GT Gainward PCX(dual slot cooler).I overclocked it to 821/1048 without mods and its load temperature @50%fan is 55°C :)

    Nice vid!

  • dont bring that outside.. people might think u got a C4 or something.

  • LOL. You strapped a bunch of fans to it. uber ghetto!

  • What do you have the voltage set to?

i did the bios mod and go to 770 core stable.

so is the vmod worth it?

  • the standard was 1V i can addjast the Voltage. So at 1.3V i can easy get 800MHZ and Shaders 2000 . The mem wasn't stable at 950 so I had to lower it to 900. Just need some Vmem mod

  • i take it you didnt get the samsung memory? i got lucky my memorys at 1070

  • What kind of 8800GT do you have?

    EVGA SSC? or XFX ?

  • it just an evga 8800 gt. stock @ 600,1500,900

  • If yours has the Qimonda memory, try the VMem "buck" a.k.a. "reverse" mod. A lot have found it to perform better with 1.80-1.84v as opposed to default of 1.90-2.00v or higher. There is a pic of the pins involved at Techpowerup article section.

  • Which country are you borrowing power from?

  • пиздец :) маньяк убийца :) до 800.. а больше пойдет??

  • out of warranty lol

  • those things work for 5 and more years so it is doesn't matter .Even after 2 years I'm sure I will get a new card because this would be out of the date.

  • yeah but if it doesn't work(some day) then u won't be able to return the card and take yr money back because of card modernization.....

  • is that for over clocking???? so your gcu is cool lol

  • ye now it doesn't gets hot and runs at 800MHZ with a temperature of only 60 with full load and only 42 without load

  • damn man nice

  • RAMSTIEN ROCKS THE HOUSE@!!@!!

  • Bad-ass man check out my video like the stuff you are into. Cooling is beast for the clocks you are running. Going to check out your other videos and might subscribe. 5 stars

  • Dude i saw some of your vids rick good job :P
