True, some scientists say it is happening, but you should check their list of donors. Independent researchers have attibuted all global temperature change to normal phenomena. Sunspot cycles are the major contributor. Avg global temps were higher in the middle ages than they are now, and so was sunspot activity.

First of all, surface temperatures have trended higher than lower and mid-tropospheric temperatures for the last thirty years. This by itself proves that greenhouse gas theory is flawed. (For the greenhouse effect to be dominant in a system, then atmospheric temperatures MUST exceed surface temperatures.)

If you've ever taken statistics you know what "statistically significant" means. Those are the words he uses to describe warming since 1998. The interviewer merely pointed out another period in time where that type of warming had occurred, which no one is claiming that it hasn't. Nice try.
