JUST watched my childhood fave "The Sword & The Sorcerer" and though I was thrilled to see the "James Bond WILL be back in.." style teaser announcement for Talon's next adventure "Tales of the Ancient Empire" the purist in me wonders why they changed it from "The Ancient Empire" to "An Ancient Empire". I think "the" sounds better. Anyone know?
This film has lots of hot women most people haven't heard of before: Melissa Ordway, Whitney Able, Sarah Ann Schultz, Inbar Lavi, Eva Card, Janelle Taylor. I highly suggest checking out their photos on line. They are sizzling hot and they were used in the film instead of bigger names for some R-rated nude scenes. They may be lost if they decide to go to a PG-13 rating, I hope not, I would really like to see them topless and it would add so much more to spirit of the film (that and gore).

It comes out in 2010 and is going to be THE EXPENDABLES for heroic fantasy films: Val Kilmer (Willow), Christopher Lambert (Highlander), Kevin Sorbo (Kull the Conqueror, Hercules TV series), Ralf Moeller (Conan in the TV series) and Lee Horsley reprising his role from 1982's The Sword and The Sorcerer. If this is your genre, this is your film.

Not me. Work is work. Do you remember The Untouchables from 1987? Another Kevin, Kevin Costner was not a household name at the time (certainly no more than Kevin Sorbo) but Sean Connery took a back seat to him and in the process jump started his post-Bond career with an Academy Award for best supporting role, thus blowing holes into your entire thesis.
This movie is the shittyist movie I have ever seen and shouldn't even be shown to people!
