I see a lot of up comments.. If hp continues on the path it did from classic to tbc to wotlk... Which was about 3x per expansion tanks in good gear with have somewhere around 120k(warrior) BUT instead of 10 levels it's 5 so 1.5x 40k is 60k not huge but it's on the same track.

its PTR, the first day of 2.4 someone discovered that if you put your gear in one bag and switched it all the time your stats increased even as naked geared, some never learned this, but many 70's with full S2 was completely 1 shotted by lvl 58 players who just transfered to try this bug before it was fixed !

Yeah, on my video I replied with, I was up to almost 12 million health (part of it) before I went to SW and had to redo it and only did it for a few minutes for some quick fun before I went to bed.

Was a bug on the PTR 2.4

All you have to do

1. put the epic items, you wanna stats from it in a bag

2. make sure you have an empty bag slot (bank)

3. switch the empty bag (bank) with your epic bag (action bar), then switch the empty bag (action bar) with your epic bag (bank)

4. Do it with Macro and stack your gear

5. was fixed ;)
