You do realize if you are caught taking said pictures you can be prosecuted by Universal and possibly trespassed... Then you can't go to the event so just might want to think about that.
Actually if you paid attention these pictures were taken in plane sight so he isn't breaking any law. If he was in line for an attraction and saw something he has every right to take a picture from where he is standing as that area is open to the public. It's Universal's fault for not hiding it well enough.
