To say there is no spirit from one clip from a church is kind of presumptuous. At least they are in attendance and praising Jesus. We as Christians have to remember that we all can praise Jesus in our own way, and STOP passing judgment on others...

Their dancing comes from another place. Didnt you hear one of the reasons they move like that is because one of their dancers was paralyzed from the waist down. God healed him and now he can move. You, who are against dancing, must be some real stiff Christians. "Praise Him with the tamberine and dancing..." did y'all forget??? Wake up! We in the last days! Who cares!
the person on the flute is really doing it.and as a response to JC's comment about the dancing,musicians,etc. I can honestly say that there have been alot of people who have come to Jesus because of the meaning behind the music. Yes there is alot of dancing but there is a message for everyone is every song.
praise is praise but when it comes to dancing,to me dancing the way that they are dancing doesn't look like dancing for jesus.I don't think any of the musicians or the choir are lead by the spirit in this song. Do you think if an unsaved person heard this song would they come to church just to listen to thier music to dance or would they actually realize what the meaning of the song is?the fact that there is no way that we can live without God. I'm not putting down Tye tribbett.
I really agree if you are saved you can truly understand the words and dance ..... but watching some of his members up there dosent look like Holy Dance to me more worldly than anything..and any unsaved person would rock to this easily..Pray that is all I can say for todays "christians" but I do love Tye's music until I see him perform...it ruins it for me.
do u get why they dance the way they do? One reason, is celebration for one of their dancers' healing. Another reason is so that they can appeal to a younger audience. Tye & GA are a young group, so they're going to do some things that teens are going to like. The Bible says to "offer your body as a living sacrifice..." an "don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
I actually love Tye's music too. I can tell by your comments that you are truly born again. I can't tell you how many youngsters I know who will "only" listen to Kirk and Tye, but they don't even know what "repent" means. I kid you not! David's dance was jubilant, not suggestive. But you can't explain that to these "hip hop" christians.
People of God need to Grow Up...Who cares if you dont like his performance. Praise is Praise. David danced his clothes off to honor God...Im sure thats worse than anything you've ever seen Tye do. To Matuber, none of Tye's dances are secular but their all original so as a young person no i was not tempted to go to a club. Speak for urself..After seeing dat it only made me wanna be in Dat church! He's reaching our young people with his music, better than Shirley Ceasar or Dorothy Norwood. I recorded it when it first aired. I used my MiniDv camera to get it. Unfortunately TBN isn't one of the most favorite channels down here in Miami even though they have a studio here. It comes messed up sometimes.
This is a nice little club environment here. By the time the youngsters finish listening to this music, they will be ready to take the next step which is to the nightclub. This video taught you how to back that thang up AND drop it like it's hot.

This was after Doc died. There is a performance I'm still trying to get my hands on. It was the week right after Doc died; Tye was on TBN performing with Kirk Franklin singing the song "It could've been me". It was very inspirtational. It wasn't sad at all.
Tye Tribbett and GA Shows off what christians should be doing. Not ashamed to dance and jam out for the Lord. They are standing out. :)
