He's not there anymore, but there are bots scattered around the grid. Most of them are just models for "clothes", though...I don't know the location of any chat-bots in world right now. This was good to have in-world, I actually talked to it a few times. I have a few AI toys myself, but some spots sell bots now...go to Sine Wave Island...they sell bots too.
