those tanks are full of sand to filter the sewage water then triple filtered again then sent to a chiller system and then pumped to drinking fountains its so great. My brother in law makes them. Lets all go green you guys!
@dave16111 wait so you say these are not holding tanks? but sand filters that filter sewage water into purified sewage water sent to a chiller chilling pure sewage then sent to drinking fountains so people can drink purified sewage? so in the end its still sewage! its not sanitized and i doubt a facility this small can sanitize raw sewage into true clean drinking water!
