Technically, the two of them didn't exactly break up -it was a test to see if their love was real or not and it was (had you seen the episode where they went to the future, you would know it was the King's doing and the King is the future self of Darien/Tuxedo Mask). He was still there for her whenever she needed him but because of the his future self's dream, he didn't want Serena to get hurt on his account. Anyway, I loved the vid and the song was really nice too!!
